Foot & Toe Fractures

Being on our feet all the time puts us at a pretty high risk of foot injury when you think about it. Whether you injured a toe on the soccer field or had an accident at work, a foot fracture can change your entire routine, even though in some cases, you may not even be sure that you have a broken bone right away.

After a foot injury, look for signs of bruising and pain. If you see these and are unable to put any weight on the limb, you may have a fracture. With a foot injury, you should go to a doctor if you feel any sense of discomfort, especially if the problem doesn’t improve or worsens.
